Problems installing LyX 1.1.6fix1 (win32)

Hello, I installed the new version of Lyx (on Win2000), but it hangs (as reported before in this mailing list) when you first time press a key on the keyboard. Everything else works fine when you only use the mouse. (With Version 1.1.6 there's that problem, too. Version 1.1.5fix2 no problems.)
