Staff and I save to dropbox many, many times a day. I have never seen such an
error. We are a linux shop. Perhaps that is why.

I have used lyx for many years and like Charlie just go to the Debian
(currently
Buster) repository and download it (currently repository has 2.3.2-1). Works
fine
with texlive. However I keep hearing that the QT people's efforts to monetize
QT
may start to give lyx problems.

Should I raise a bug?

Hi Doc and Happy New Year!
Though I am having no problems with lovely lyx, for the heck of it I ran "tlmgr
update --all --self" and got this response:
johwhi@johwhi:~$ tlmgr update --all --self

Thank you Jürgen and Rich,
I just tried Jürgen's suggestion and it works perfectly. This problem has
bothered me for years. Thank you so much. I will try to set headings=small
as my default and if that doesn't work in article class, I will stick with
KOMA-Script.

Thanks but I don't know how to add a "document option" in KOMA-Script.

I am starting a koma script article with a graphic and exporting to lautex.
Lyx prints
a blank page before printing the graphic. How do I suppress the blank page?

Whenever I get this kind of error, I get on synaptic and download some more of
the
texlive (English) files.
