I have installed LyX 1.3.3 for Win32 in C:\lyx and MiKTeX (full installation) in C:\texmf\miktex. That’s also exist C:\localtexmf. The problem is LyX don’t find the latex packages/styles that I have in C:\texmf\tex\latex; LyX only charge the basic packages and styles that comes with the LyX install
