i am using 1.1.6fix1 on a redhat 6.2
when i open a pop-up menu like Layout->Character, it "insist" to stay
in the foreground. i can move it aside, but cannot have my main Lyx
screen partially cover it.
is it a bug/change in the new version?

i have a problem when trying to use BibTex.
regardless of which .bst and .sty i use, the pages apepar without "-"
between them. for example, instead of 120-123 i get 120 123.
the .bib files is correct. unless i haven't notice this problem before

Isert->Figure-> then Browse
i get a window "EPS figure with
Pattern *ps
how do i change it to be *epsi by default ?
2) is there a way to avoid Lyx logo when invoking Lyx ?

i used to have probelems with ps files generated by other program.
try to change the figures to epsi (ps2epsi) .

whan i invoke lyx, the size of the window appear is much smaller than my

make a one long line cover by frame, which extend beyond the page limit.

hi,
i am trying to insert postscript files created by Matlab into a document
without success. i have tried both level of ps and eps.
i get [rendering] for endless times
other epsi files made using other programs causes no problems.
any clues ?
