sorting in natbib

hi, I'm a newbie. I guess the natbib package is the best for my purposes, but I'd like to sort and compress my references, i.e. (1-4) instead of (1,2,3,4) How can I do that? Moreover, how can I edi the entire preamble? thanks Dan

bibdesk sendtolyx

Hi. I was an estimator of the sendtolyx script of bibdesk, but it has been stopped functioning from the two last versions. I really don't wat was going on, but the worst feature was that citations were inserted in a random order, i.e. [3,1,9] and I did not notice any hyphenation for consecut

jabref and lyx
