Anybody know what's wrong here? Any pointer to some very good bibtex

When I convert to pdf using the built in export function from the menu
of Lyx 1.3 I get hideously jagged fonts. Anybody know why? What can I
do about it?

Just updated to 1.2.1. Now when I open the hollywood template, I get the
following error.
This document uses an unknown textclass "hollywood"...
Anybody know how to fix this. I tried running reconfigure under the edit
menu to no effect.

assuming the pdf is using type 3 fonts. Is there something I can do
about this?

correct screenplay format, dialog follows names on the very next
line, without any added space.
Anybody know how to fix this? I am a newbie to latex and lyx but an
old hand at writing screenplays. Any help gratefully appreciat
