Greetings, I'm using LyX 1.6.1 on Windows Vista. (I've verified that the problem persists using my home computer - LyX 1.6.2 and Windows XP.) I'm trying to generate a pdf version of a manuscript using the LaTeX files provided at http://www.oxfordjournals.org/our_journals/biosts/for_authors
