I want to insert some unformatted XML-Files into my Lyx-Document (
book-koma)
Is there a possibility to insert it and that it will be formatted and maybe
colored?
Listings seems not to work.

I have some small Layout problems.
1. Inserting a blank page
In the book-class I want to insert a blank page.
I use a ERT-Box with two "\newpage" commands in it, but it doesn't work.
2. Beginning at the middle of a page
