I'm not sure about what you're trying to do. The file you sent has
basically no content, let alone citations. There is only one word,
"LyX". There are no citations of any kind.
Second, the \addbibresource command in the preamble should include the

I'm using
\usepackage[style=nature,backend=biber]{biblatex}
but it puts the references directly in a row, without a comma/semicolon
in between.
Do I have to load an additional package?
I've tried natbib but it clashes.

The question is why. Normally it should do .bbl file by itself.
