Is there anyone on the list who is using LyX with Russian?
I have russian locale configured, but if I change to russian keyboard
layout, lyx doesn't input any simbols into the document.
What would be involved in configuring it for russian input?
Thanks!

of completeness, I did have Closing paragraph. The catch
was that the Signature should have been defined _before Opening_
paragraph.
Thanks for the pointer!

Just as the subject line says, whatever I enter for "Signature:"
doesn't print. All other styles are applied properly.
Is something wrong on my side?
Using LyX 1.1.4
Thanks!

lem.
FWIW, I didn't specify any options during running `configure'.
This is kinda funny, because I recently compiled LyX 1.1.4 on another
machine with xforms .89 without *any* problems.

LyX I see a header of an html
document... Like this:
,-
| main:~/$ lyx
| Unable to open keymap file
| http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40/loose.dtd">
|
|
`-
If run by hand, tth converts the .tex file just fine.
What's wrong?

Hi all:
I need to covert a .ps document into any format, readable by LyX. I
have a program named pslatex on my system, but it isn't documented,
and whenever I run it, it starts tex.
Any pointers?
Thanks,

clicked just before the first "\parbox" command in cell (4,2). I
foolishly thought that Table Layout has same properties everywhere
throughout a cell... It looks like the Width isn't set for cell (3,2).
Thanks,

o far I have had a *great* experience with LyX
with formatting regular text, headers, bibliographies, footnotes,
tables of contents etc. I'm hooked on it now -- that's why it's even
more painful that I am not able to achieve smth with my new favorite
program.
I hope you take my
age as above.
I read through User's guide section on tables, but didn't find any
help there. ;( Am I trying to acomplish too much at the current stage
of LyX's development?
FWIW, I'm using 1.03 compiled from sources on a Debian 2.1 system.

f, but couldn't locate it. Is it
called anything different from "splash" in LyX's documentation?
How can I do it?
Thanks for any input!
Accolades to LyX's developers for such a great program!
