I changed them a bit, so the environments like Theorem, Proof, Lemma, etc. are
replaced by the german equivalent. This is done in amsmathge.inc and
thmamsdefs.inc . You should be
able to easily convert this file to any other language you need.

I don´t know why, but the flag of the text was set to normal, not to
specialtext. But I started xfig with option -specialtext.

You are right, C-Enter ist Control-Enter. The curser has to be in the blue
rectangle in mode. Try M-m d (M for Meta or Alt) and immediatly C-Enter.
