The table has 84 rows and needs to be handled by longtable. Right clicking
on the header row and selecting Settings -> Multipage tab I set multipage
'on' and set the selected (header) row to be the header row on all pages.
Looking at both the dvips preview and the pdflatex .pdf file the table run
