A while ago I asked why some words that were marked to be added to my
personal dictionary were not added, and were highlighted for correction each

Well, in the settings of the nomencl list, you have set:
List indendation: Custom, 11mm
Instead of "Longest Label Width" (which you probably have in your KOMA
file).
So you get what you requested.
