As it sits, I get index entries that look like this. "Anse v District Court, 192 P.3d 738 (Nev 2008), 14" I would like the entry to look like this: "Anse v District Court, 192 P.3d 738 (Nev 2008) . . . . . . . . . . . 14" Any thoughts? I run lyx 2.1.2 on Debian Jessie, using m
