Have upgraded from 2.1.3 to 2.1.4 on MX14 Linux. Had an initial problem
with a graphic being misplaced but this error disappeared after a reboot.
All is now behaving.

Example works fine here with LyX 2.1.3, TeXLive 2015 and Debian Wheezy.
LyX provide hidden conversion from svg to pdf, here is the content of the
LyX temp folder :
