Hello.
Is there a way to format the output of Track Changes?
I mean, currently the text is marked with blue color, but I want to print
the document in a B&W printer, so it would be nice if I could underline the
text.

i'm not sure what you mean by "introduce macedonian language" but in case
you also mean translating menus

It's a bug in polyglossia.
Entering
\usepackage{xkeyval}
In Document > Settings > Preamble should fix the problem.
