Hello,
I'm having problem in LyX 2.0.0rc3 (ubuntu has some lag) with a very simple
test document.
I insert an eps file with Insert -> Graphics and I can display the document as
a pdf file (pdflatex) and as a ps file.
That works fine,
Then I add an ERT
{\includegraphics{venn5.eps}
and it works

been fixed in #7555: http://www.lyx.org/trac/ticket/7555 (right now I
don't know when or whether it will be applied to the next version)
The problem comes from the space in the path of your temporary
directory, so LaTeX said:

Hi,If you directly edit the .lyx file, you will see \begin_inset CommandInset refLatexCommand refreference "eq:1"\end_insetfor ref without parentheses, and \begin_inset CommandInset refLatexCommand eqrefreference "eq:1"\end_insetfor ref with parentheses. (ref -> eqref)So if you don't want to change

Hi,
You should not use the document class "article (Noweb)". Since LyX
2.0, you can use the Sweave *module* with any document classes, e.g.
article.
It seems you are using Windows, so you can take a look at the example
sweave.lyx under the examples directory (somewhere like C:\Program

Up to mi knowledge, yes, you'll have to do it every time. I don't really
know how to automate this process.

Thanks Julio,
Your method requires me to fix each occurrence manually. Is there a
setting for the pre-amble that will apply the (#) format through the
document?
Thanks,

Dear All,
I would like first to congratulate the LyX team for the stupendous
program that they have developed for us -- LyX. In particular, I would
like to express my gratitude regarding the great tool "Find & Replace
(Advanced)" just added to LyX.
However, I think that two import features are mi

That's the most sensible answer I've received. Will try it and report back.
If it is works then I'll add this to the Wiki plus improve the English

Hi fellow LyX fans,
When I'm editing inside a math environment I often accidentally exit math
regions when I'm simply trying to get out of "sub-regions", i.e. parens,
superscripts, or subscripts. For example, pressing space or hitting the
right arrow key an extra time takes me to the right of a mu
