I don't see any related caveats in the documentation. Should this be

thoughts about an "export to package" option which would amount to
creating a subdirectory under /tmp or ~ (or whatever Windows uses) into

As Stephen points out, it does in fact compile properly and looks fine
as the PDF. I jumped to the conclusion that as it wasn't looking right
in Lyx, that it wouldn't compile properly either.
