List of tables text

Hi everyone, How can I limit the text that appears in the "List of tables"? In the float, I have a lot of text but I only want part of it (first phrase) to appear in the "List of tables". I'll throw in an example to be clear what I mean. In the float inset, this is the text that appears: "The H2B
