After converting to dvi and viewing with TexShop, there are only question
marks and the reference is "broken" into seperate pieces (e.g. Mustermann,
M. (2003) will be (?,?,?)).
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi,
I am trying for a while to get a LyX file converted into PDF but get
stuck with the same error message. My setup is LyX 1.5.4 on a MBP
(core Duo) running OSX 10.5.2. Here is what I have done so far:
- Installed and re-installed teTex, LyX and most gwTex packages
(through iInstaller)
