It puts a lot of temporary files there. Normally you never need to look at
anything there.

into a /tmp/lyx_tmpdir141803rM5kp/lyx_tmpbuf5 directory.
How do I force lyx to save them in a choosen by myself directory? I

postscript reader (gv) go 1-9 for the frontmatter, and then switch back to 1

One solution would be to use the LyX-code environment. Then the text
appears exactly as you put it. The text will be in a fixed width font
however, and that might not be what you want...

I've just tried to load my LyX thesis documents on my new FC5 system.
Scrolling down through a document that I was working on last week with
FC4, LyX crashes with a segfault. The document contains PNG images,
formulae and I think an EPSI image. I performed a reconfigure but it
