Hi Rob,
If you're happy with the rest of the reference formatting, I'd simply

well, i have never compiled lyx before and the default configure uses
xforms (there need to be a note in the INSTALL file that qt-frontend is
preferable!).
i use linux/debian and yes, lyx is precompiled but not the lyx 1.3.5 version -
yet.
you can add debian packages (lyx 1.3.4) to the list too:

Do you not prefer the Qt interface? Is a pre-built package not available
for your OS?
ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/bin/1.3.5
lyx-1.3.5-1fc2_qt.i386.rpm
lyx-1.3.5-1fc2_xforms.i386.rpm
lyx-1.3.5-1mdk101_qt.i586.rpm
lyx-1.3.5-1mdk10_qt

I did do that and set up aspell including loading up the latest aspell. No
luck however.

Because no one has so far implemented this missing feature.

Hi
I have recently got a new machine with windows xp pro. Lyx ( Ruurd's port)
installed and is working flawlessly with Miktex.
However, I then decided to install the spell checker and did so according to
the instructions on the lyx wiki and ensured that aspell and the language
file are installed

Hi List;
Latex help needed.
I'm at the stage of minor corrections in my thesis and I am required to
change the "et al" in references to italics.
I'm using apalike.bst. Where and how do I ammend the .bst file?

when i select a reference from the available window, then the info window

removed - cosmetic feature?)
Hi,
I tried to drown one of the circuit at the example and i was unable to
see it correctly and i don't really know why. I try other examples of
graphs (from pst-tricks package, not from pst-circ) and it works
fine.
If someone could tell me what i am doing wrong i would be very glad
