exist in the .../share/lyx/doc folder. They were missing from my last
download of Ruurd's port.

Because the wiki was spammed yesterday, I'm now adding a password
requirement for editing a page. The password is 'lyx' (just like when
uploading files) and you can give whatever username you like.

I am writing a paper in REVTeX4 using two column mode. Some of my equations
are too big and I need to switch to one-column mode, then return to double
column mode. How do I do this? I have played with ERT inset, but I do not
think I am doing this correctly. For example, to switch to

Years ago, when I first ported LyX-1.3.x to X11 on the Mac, I wrote a
script that does this.
