Same sort of thing as what I suggested for the bibliography
but this time but instead of inserting list of Algorithms place in ert
\listof{algorithm}{\tiny List of What you want}
where \tiny can be replaced with whatever formating options you want.

This is how I would do it
Just before the place where the bibtex bibliography is placed put in ert
\renewcommand\bibname{\tiny Bibliography}
you can replace tiny with whatever latex you want to format the text

Hello lyxers,
I have to format an article for the IV2003 (Intelligent Vehicles)

lyx layout file and if not, how to add a new class to my configuration?

It is cut out from something I'm writing. I wrote it with 1.3.1

a particular float that contains some ERT and some xfig
external insets. This file contains only the bad float,

Hi,
Is there a way to stop lyx from "converting to loadable format" the figures?
My figures are set to "do not display" but whenever lyx encounters a figure
it tries to convert it anyway, and only after it loads it into memory it
"does not display" it.
The loading takes a lot of time and is very

When I start LyX (1.3.0 or 1.3.1, qt frontend), it shows duplicate menu entries for
'file', 'edit' and 'help'. To the left I have 'file', 'edit' and 'help' with a limited
nuber of items (those that make sense when there is no document open). To the right of
these I get the complete menu. Since i
