Hi.. does any of the standard layouts in LyX correspond to the standard Latex
class proc.cls? If not, does anyone have a layout file corresponding to this?
I'm trying to submit a paper for a conference which has it's own sty file and
makes use of the proc class..

I need to draw a thick line wind \hrulefill but only get a 0.4pt thick.
I have tried \rule{10cm}{2pt} and it works, except for the fact that I
need to "hard code" the length of the rule.
Is there a way to draw a rule that occupies the remaining of the line? I

Since I am using Linux From Sratch
(www.linuxfromscratch.org), I have the source distribution
of
Xfree 4.3.0, which includes the Xpm library. Without XPM, I
wouldn't compile

They are placeholders in conversion expressions, that will be
replaced with the following:
