I don't know. I cannot see any problem with your file.

As LaTeX does have subscripts in math mode only, LyX fakes text
superscripts in math mode as wel

I want to write a chemical equation, ( i.e. NO_x )
But I don't want the text in math-mode font...
Is there an easier way to get text to be subscript than to type:
NO**mathmode _\text{x} **
???this looks messy in lyx - surely there's a superscript for non-math mode
..asked by a friend who's not
Switching characters to smaller type in a matrix environment seems
to have unexpected results: side parethesis appears converted into
a column of numbers
What is wrong?
Here enclosed a test lyx file
Thank you

Hello,
Anyone using lyx to produce docbook to convert to rtf, or pdf? I haven't had much

Hi, I'm trying to install lyx from cvs. I've made a checkout yesterday.
I've run autogen.sh and then the configure script, but no xforms
installed, and configure ended with a "deleting cache /dev/null". Is
this correct? /dev/null is a great place to use as a cache ;)

Strange things going on. Since today, my LyX (still 1.1.6) has English
menues, it was German before...
I cannot remember to have done any changes.
The LANG variable is set to de_DE.ISO-8859-1.
The bindings file menus-de.bind is still read in.
Some settings are still German: When I choose >Help

I saw that in lyx 1.2.0 there was some support for the natbib package.
In the next version if someone would like to include other packages like
jurabib, it would be really really cool.
This problem is really important for europeen users because not everyone uses

I believe that some mathcal fonts may have the lower case, and some others do not.
In particular, I know that mathptmx does not have lower case,
but I'm not sure which fonts might have lower case.

Hello,
I'm trying to get Jurabib to work with lyx (http://www.jurabib.org/) but
there's no way to make it work.
Has anyone an idea if similar package exists - but that can be installed ?
I'm using freebsd 4.6 stable, here's what doesn't work :
As said in the documentation I install the packa
