Does anyone have a layout file for ACM SIG proceedings? especially the
alternate style (option 2). The ACM site
(http://www.acm.org/sigs/pubs/proceed/template.html) has only the class
file.

I am using Cygwin, XFREE86, Lyx 1.20a (Windows), ImageMagick.
When I try to convert an image from png to gif using "convert", for
example:

libpng not found.
I did a full install of the latest cygwin, including all libpng
packages, but it does not work.

In the "gnome-terminal", I had to disable "Enable multi-byte mode" in
the preferences, and it worked again. So I can use most programs now
