Okay: my workaround for this moment: Adding "pointlessnumbers" as an extra option removes the trailing dot. Unfortunaly it removes the dots after the "A" und "B" of the appendices as well. Well, that's okay for the moment. I'm not sure whether this a a LyX error or a laTeX error or a koma-script
