your problem, it sounds like, is that you are viewing it gv, then saving
it. thats gonna make it look like crap. you gotta export it to pdf, then
print that. export is under file, then pick pdf. i bet that fixes it.

force LyX to create PDF's (or even PS) with more than 300 dpi resolution
for printing? I've read the manual and the special tips, but there was not
