type CO the C-m --> type ^= --> move the cursor down (still in math box) --> type _3
Wayan
I need help writing a element symbol (sim to H2O) the symbol should be like:
=
CO

How do I insert a degree symbol? I tried doing a "insert => special
character => superscript => o" but the o does not look quite right...is

LyX as root, and that it was some sort of permissions problem). I know
this isn't the clea
Thanks Nick,
but it doesn't seem to work. Here is an example file attached... I used
display formula before, I wonder if this is a bug or I am doing something
wrong.
Thanks

Hello,
I'm not subscribed to the list from this address but I need a tip that was

Last week, I asked how I can modify the environments so that I replace the

Hi will,
Seems like I recall having a similar problem back when I started using LyX.
Have you tried running texhash?

If using XWin32 use your mouse:
place your mouse where to insert the contents
click the middle mouse button
With two button mice you have to click both mouse buttons together ;-)

I take it you're using Windows :->
I think it depends on your X-server. Read its documentation,
if there's mentioned if data can be exchanged between windows
and X clipboards. I suppose at
Hi,
How it possible to paste contains in Windows clipboard to LyX?

Well, it is missing something. Try inserting a "*" in the line:
f2 = [sprintf(" %s &",form)] * (kron(ones(1,C),1:length(form)+3));
I can't think of an
