lyxlookup.C and deadkeys

Hello, I have installed the version lyx-1.1.6fix2 and I encounter the same problems with dead keys that I had with version 1.1.4. Handling of dead keys is better but the grave accent is not correct and the ^ ' " ` obtained with do not lead to the correct ascii chars. I patched the lyxlookup.
