I have installed the version lyx-1.1.6fix2 and I encounter the same problems
with dead keys that I had with version 1.1.4.
Handling of dead keys is better but the grave accent is not correct
and the ^ ' " ` obtained with do not lead to the correct ascii
chars.

the database bibtex searches. You could have misspelled a key, misspelled the

spellchecking an error message occures that the ipell process has
somewhat died, including a hint to usr/lib/ispell (which doesn't exist,

Choose Insert menu/Include File (before submenu insert file). Then
you can choose what do you want.
