In TOC, only the number of each chapter is lasted, without "Chapter" showing. What if I want to do something different for the appendix. For example, I want Appendix A appears as "Appendix A" instead of "A" in TOC. Thanks very much for your attention! Jun Lin

Lyx takes very long to generate dvi-files

Hi, After I upgraded my system to SuSe linux 7.2, my LyX (1.1.6fix1) take very long to compile documents. For example the tutorial takes about 4 minutes, the user guide didn't finish after one hour (on a duron 700MHz). If I export those files to LaTeX and run LaTeX by hand, it takes less then
