tex2pdf 2.0 finished: I have cleaned up the code a lot and made it work with LyX
again.
You can get it from http://tex2pdf.berlios.de/
It works as a converter for PDF inside LyX now. You don't need to set any flags.
Just use 'tex2pdf $$i' in Edit->Preferences->Converters->Converters:
LaTeX->PDF(

I don't think you need camel (it is a bibliography package).

Hi all,
I'm trying to use FoilTeX to create some slides. When I view the PS
output, Some topics span multiple slides. I'd like to be able to
cram more on one slide by tweaking the spacing between itemized list
items, etc.
Is there a way to do this, or do I need to muck with the raw
LaTeX

I think I was wrong, in LaTeX.C "bibtex" seems to be hard-coded.
