header?

How do I put some text (e.g. my last name) in the top right corner of each page? (I'm using AMS article with the default page style...I need page numbers in the bottom center.) Thanks.

cross-references

Hi, cross-references in my document come out with "()" after them in the dvi previewer. Moreover, "page" cross references print out *section* numbers, and they also have the "()" after them. Using the Insert> pulldown brings up a dialog box where I select the label. There is a typeable "Name"
