Changing screen colors

Is it possible to change the default screen & font colors? A dark background with light text would be really, really great. I don't see any mention of doing this in any of the documentation. Thanks.

redefining letter cls/sty

I am trying to change the characteristics of the letter style so that my `from address' is in a different place (centered, rather than right aligned). I put \renewcommand\address{\fromaddress\center} in my preamble, which works. However it then insists on giving me a page break between my address

Hi, Is there an easy way to change the line spacing in figure captions? I found I can do that by directly manipulation the Latex file (inserting, e.g., a "\setlength{\baselineskip}{18pt}" before the final "}" of the caption). However, is there an easier way to do that in Lyx directly? Ramon
