I am using the report document class. However it does not make provision
for an appendix. Is there a way to possible change the heading to be
appendix instead of chapter maybe. I would also like the equations to be
numbered A.1, A.2 simmilar like equations in chapters. Or is there

How do I change a document *back* to the default fontset. We have a document
that I created, then we imported a documument written by my partner who used a
different font. We now want the entire document to have the same font, but
can't seem to get it back to the default.

Footnotes are not allowed in tables. You have to get around it in
LaTeX using \
