[bug] Filename in exported file is wrong

Hello. I regret to say that I've found a bug in LyX 1.3.4 (the latest one). When I export the file: "Prövning.lyx" to a postscript file, I get a file called "Prvvning.ps" The letter "ö" is missing and replaced by, something else. Not a major bug, but somewhat anoying.
