A follow up to Rob's report.
I get EXACTLY what he describes.
* Put the cursor at the bottom of the ducument and I can scroll anywhere.
* Keep the cursor in view by scroll/move cursor/scroll/move cursor and I can
scroll anywhere.
* Move the cursor off the top of the canvas and I get the thin bl
