using Xcode 6.4 on OSX 10.10.5 and Qt 5.5.0 installed via Homebrew. automake.sh
runs fine, and so does configure invoked as follows:
./configure --with-version-suffix=-2.2 --with-libiconv-prefix=/usr --with-x=no
