There are two possible answers to this:
1. Lars Gullik Bjønnes (the guy in charge!) will tell you to upgrade your
compiler. egcs is an ancient C++ compiler and is nowhere near standard
compliant. Most people here are using a gcc 2.95+ compiler.
2. The more friendly answer is to tell you to ask
