for gettext.
Now you can find this file in
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gettext/gettext-0.11.4.tar.gz
instead of
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gettext-0.10.xx.tar.gz
as reported in the README file.
