If the system-wide one works, we can get rid of the custom xvkbd dist
We still have the 3.3 source version in repo, 3.7 is already 1.5 years old,
compiles fine and
as much as I can see, is working well with our keytests.
The version comes from
http://t-sato.in.coocan.jp/xvkbd/xvkbd-3.7.tar.gz
