Hi, It seems that tex2lyx barfs with ÂFile not readable if I \include without the tex suffix, which is the required syntax in my latex distro (texlive-2004). So tex2lyx should add the .tex suffix for \included files, or check existence if some distributions are not sensitive to its presence.
