I would add only three items to Jean-Marc's excellent agenda of what
needs to be done for LyX/Mac:
- The source for 1.4.0 needs a mechanism to make the locale
directories relocatable for LyX/Mac, either the hack I used in 1.3.4,
or a solution that would apply to other architectures.

are in no particular order:
- sort out what the problems with recent (3.2 or 3.3) versions of Qt
are, and try to make LyX/Mac work correctly with them. Report Qt
bugs that have been identified.
