LyX 1.5 crashes on startup, LyX 1.6 was crashing on exit, but maybe

I am working on sun with solaris 2.7, did some of the stuff suggested by
a couple of the readers (installing gm4 and

Okay, the problem was not a missing file in CVS. I was using
the ``make rpmdist'' which uses ``make dist'' and the new
files were not added to the tarball-creating Makefiles.
Here's the patch to src/support/Makefile.am that fixes this.
