I'm using the book document class. I also have no idea why the pdf default
settings for me are:
\pdf_title "The LyX Tutorial"
\pdf_author "LyX Team"
\pdf_subject "LyX-documentation Tutorial"
\pdf_keywords "LyX, documentation"
