However, when running this it does not
have /usr/local/bin in the path (at least with RedHat-6.0 default
configuration of rpm) and consequently did not find my sgmltools-2
installation.
That is a problem with your setting the PATH for root.
The spec file sources your /etc/profile. I

I wouldn't advice to do this! I have discovered problems with
lyx-1.0.4 with bxforms-.89. Use .88 version then you won't have
any unexpected problems!!!

It may be that your colourmap is full. XForms just dumps core on initialization
if there aren't many colours available. Then again it could be something else.

Okay, the binaries for SGI are now ready. One dynamic, one static against

Small footnotes:
1. Maybe it's a good idea to search first of all others in /intl for
include and lib files, in case included gettext is used. I recently
installed slightly incompatible libgettext header and lib in standard
locations and had to change t

I'm creating a binary of this for SGI's. To get it to compile, I have to
make the following minor change:
diff -u lyx-1.0.4/src//table.C lyx-new/src//table.C
--- lyx-1.0.4/src//table.C Thu Sep 23 1
