It seems that the JASA officials are currently deciding what LaTeX class should be used in future,
after I contacted them with my layout and template file. So before I didn't get a decision from
them, I'll postpone this.

This has nothing to do with this layout, I only used this as example.
Bug 5330 appears for any layout file that use now modularized include files.
