Applying now. I went back to gcc 2.96 to work out the crashing problems
so I will have messed up on the std:: stuff. I'll go back to 3.0.1 soon.

I (re)attach the (updated) qt2 patch that adds the paragraph, print and
tabularcreate dialogs. This patch also adds entries to the relevant
ChangeLogs. Could someone apply this please (please?!).
