Is there a way of moving the folders around?
Currently I have
|General|Rotate|Scale|Crop|File|
which I'd like to become
|File|LyX View|Rotate|Scale|Crop|Extra|
splitting the existing 'General' tab into two, one for the display
within LyX and one for stuff that the user wants to pass directly to
